  The rewards system is utter rubbish. Descriptions on specific rewards mention “automatically applied at checkout” and are worded as additions not vouchers or discounts thus you can go through the entire checkout flow and be scammed.

  Excellent service from very friendly and helpful staff. When a female member of staff asked me if everything was all right and I replied the portion of fries was too big and I couldn't finish them, she went and got me a clean paper bag so I could take them home. Warning: this is NOT a cheap fast food restaurant. I paid £25 for a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake.

  Tried Five Guys in Kensington and honestly, it lived up to the hype. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, with fresh toppings and that classic Five Guys taste. Yes, it was a bit pricey — we paid around £23 — but the quality and portion size made it worth it. If you’re in the area and craving a proper burger, definitely a solid choice.
